Intellectual property
The BDSaint name, website design, text, images and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A specific client project will have its ownership, licence and handover terms set out in the applicable written quote or agreement.
Third-party services
Some services may rely on third-party providers, including domain registries, hosting infrastructure, email services and maps. Their availability and terms are outside BDSaint’s direct control.
South African consumer protections
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If South African consumer or electronic-transactions legislation applies to a service, BDSaint will provide the required information and deal with customers fairly.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We encourage you to contact BDSaint first to resolve a concern in good faith before escalating it through another channel.
